This is a branding and packaging project for the honey brand “Ông”. The owner of this brand is a Vietnamese American, his age is around 50-60 years old. In Vietnamese, “Ông” and “Ong” are homophones. “Ông” means “Grandpa”, and “Ong” means “Bee”. The name of the brand emphasizes the personal identity, especially the cultural identity, of the brand's founder.
The objectives of the projects are:
- Creating a brand identity.
- Designing the packaging for the products of the brand.
- Creating a brand identity.
- Designing the packaging for the products of the brand.
Concept:
The brand identity will focus more on the person behind the brand, embracing the wisdom and kindness that old age may bring. Due to the cultural background of the owner, the brand identity should capture the blend between Vietnamese and American cultures.
